During the early sixties hotel vedra opened its door, first with six rooms, to grow up to the actual thryty rooms. The hotel got the name “ Vedra” in reference to one of small islands that surround ibiza island ( 375 m.)situated SW of the island.
Like Vedra island, Hotel vedra at the begining standed out by its height as it was one of the first three floor buildings in San Antonio.

As year passed by and after touristic boom of the seventies, San Antonio becamed a touristic center. Hotel didnt stand out anymore between the shade of news buildings. Althought this,Hotel carried on with its peculiar and familiar style as the first day. The new generation is already working to obtain the best for our guest, The hotel was catalogue as modern hotel on 2002 by local goverment
